Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime With 1-Click Self-Service Controls
We believe in earning your business every single month. SolarTenders India operates on a strict zero lock-in, zero penalty policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings with no questions asked and zero human intervention required.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Contractors can cancel their recurring subscription in two simple ways:
- Self-Service via Settings: Log in to your account, navigate to Settings > Subscription Management, and click Cancel Subscription. Your cancellation will be processed instantly.
- Email Support: Send an email from your registered email address to support@solartendersindia.com with the subject “Cancel Subscription”. We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.
2. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will NOT be billed again at the next renewal date.
- You retain full access to all paid features (plain-English AI summaries, match scores, document sidecars, WhatsApp digests) until the end of your current paid billing period.
- After your paid period concludes, your account automatically transitions to the Free plan. Your saved tenders, company profile, and past invoices remain securely stored and accessible.
3. Zero Cancellation Fees or Hidden Penalties
We do not charge cancellation fees, processing charges, or administrative overhead. There are no mandatory retention interviews or dark patterns.
