1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TenderPilot India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Service Description & Scope
TenderPilot India provides tender discovery, filtering, automated scoring, and document workflow assistance for solar and electrical MSMEs in India. We do not prepare tenders, submit bids, guarantee contract awards, or offer legal advice.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Pro at ₹999/mo, Growth at ₹1,999/mo, Team at ₹3,999/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. During development and MVP testing, subscriptions can be simulated via mock checkout. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
4. User Account & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' business profiles, abuse automated querying, or exploit platform endpoints.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TenderPilot India, its developers, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed procurement opportunities, tender disqualifications, tender cancellations, or reliance on preliminary automated scores.
