1. Minimal Data Collection
TenderPilot India adheres to data minimization. We only collect essential business profile parameters required for deterministic scoring: business name, contact email, operating state, turnover bracket, Udyam registration status, and electrical contractor licence class.
2. No Sensitive Financial Document Uploads in MVP
In our initial MVP, we do not store sensitive bank statements, audited P&L certificates, or raw tax records. We track checklist readiness statuses and document names only.
3. User Data Isolation
Your business profiles, saved tenders, private notes, and deadline reminders are strictly isolated. Firestore Security Rules enforce tenant separation so no user can access or view another contractor's proprietary bidding notes.
4. Right to Deletion & Export
You may request complete account deletion or export of your business data at any time directly through your Account Settings or by contacting technical support. Upon deletion, your profile and saved tenders are permanently purged.
