7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Early-Access Pilot
We believe in providing genuine value to Indian solar and electrical contractors. If you join the ₹499 Early-Access Pilot and we do not provide relevant solar or electrical tender alerts for your registered state within 7 days of onboarding, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
1. Early-Access Pilot Subscriptions (₹499 for 30 Days)
The Early-Access Pilot is a fixed 30-day trial without automatic renewals or hidden recurring charges. If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your registration date because the service did not deliver matched opportunities in your operating region, your payment will be refunded in full.
2. Monthly Recurring Subscriptions (Pro Tier at ₹999/month)
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings or by notifying our support team.
- No Long-Term Contracts: Subscriptions are strictly month-to-month. There are no annual lock-in periods, penalty fees, or cancellation surcharges.
- Access Period: Upon cancellation, your account retains full Pro entitlements until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be billed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, simply contact our support desk:
Please include your registered business name, email address, and order/lead reference. All refund requests are reviewed and acknowledged within 1 business day.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card) via our authorized payment processor within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
TenderPilot India is an independent tender discovery, parameter extraction, and preliminary capacity matching tool. We do not participate in bidding, prepare formal bid documents, or guarantee tender awards. Disqualification by a government procurement committee or unsuccessful tender bids do not constitute grounds for a refund.
